There is a good one on the corner of Charing Cross Road (south) and Shaftesbury Avenue (east).
I'm not sure how well you know London, but your hotel is near the Queensway underground station. If you take the Central Line from that station going east and get off at Tottenham Court Road station, that's about a 5-10 minute walk from the Pizza Hut I'm referring to. The underground station is at the junction of Oxford Street with Tottenham Court Road (going north) and Charing Cross Road (going south) - they're both the same road, just called different things north and south of Oxford Street.
If you walk down Charing Cross Road to Shaftesbury Avenue, you should be able to spot the Pizza Hut fairly easily.
